Returns and Exchanges

2B Above All will be happy to accept returns, only if the wrong item is shipped. We will accommodate size exchanges but all clothing has to be in brand new condition. All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. All items with Free Shipping option are not eligible for Free Exchange Shipping. The Costumer must ship the goods back on their own with the note with their order # and requested exchange to:

If your is eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when received. The item(s) must also be in original packaging. For any further questions regarding your return, please contact us.

 

In order to expedite your return process we will require original order number.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm that we have received your returned item(s) via email address you provided at the time of your purchase. At this time we will also confirm approval or rejection of your return. If approved return will be processed and the exchange item(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

 

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item your shipping costs WILL be refunded back to you. We are not liable for return shipping costs for customers to return product back due to an error made while ordering.

Cancellation Policy

At 2B Above All, we take pride in expediting the ordering process. To ensure this most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of original purchase.

 

in the event you need to cancel your order please contact us with the subject "ORDER CANCELLATION" as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event your order has already been shipped cancellation is not possible.

 

Sales Price Policy

Occasionally we have Clearance Sales on our website. We cannot offer the Sale Price retroactively to prior purchases. All sales are final on Clearance Sale Items.
